Pride Night with GayC/DC

Audiowild Studios, 54240 Ridgeview Drive, Idyllwild

Looking for something to do after Pride in the Pines at the Rustic on October 1st? Get ready for the most fabulously fun night of your life! If you've never been to a GayC/DC show, you're in for a treat. Founded in 2013 by Chris Freeman (from iconic queer punk band Pansy Division), GayC/DC is the world's first and only all-gay tribute to the music of AC/DC. This is their first time performing live in Idyllwild so come on out and have yourselves a Ball. Support from Coachella Valley's gruesomest and gooiest guitar-less group, Sticky Doll. $15 advance, $20 day of show. All ages, 21+ with ID to drink, open bar from 9-10pm so get there early! From the band's bio: "To say the band is off-the-hook live is an understatement, even scoring a “pick of the week” in LA Weekly for a pre-COVID LA gig. The word of mouth has been intense and they are in-demand for live shows as clubs re-open. There is never a dull moment with all the costume changes and props being trotted out, all in the name of outrageous entertainment. Even those who say they don’t like AC/DC end up being fans. Who can blame them? Go see for yourself!"

"Sticky Doll is Hard and Heavy Industrial Punk out of the High Desert of Southern CA. Their music is 100% Bass (NO GUITAR), in your face, stripped down, raw and sometimes twisted; delivered by the unique dual vocal style of Cynna Luchia and El Sancho."
